Our policy is to listen first and advise second. We want to know what your plans are, what you'll be doing in a couple of years time. Why? Well, it's not just that we take an active interest in our clients and want them to succeed in what they do, but more importantly it may effect our recommendations to them. We abhor waste, so may need to come up with more than one solution with pros and cons for each, based on their future plans.

Good advice shouldn't cost anything. How? Because it should pay for itself in benefits gained or costs saved.
