Work is charged at an hourly rate, after discussing your requirements. You only pay for the development work done, not the discussion of what it should accomplish. Based on your requirements we should be able to give you an estimate of the cost. The following, therefore, are based on examples of previous jobs.
Day rates apply for larger organisations where the development may be part of a larger project. These therefore also include time spent gathering information ('business analysis') as well as development time. Basically, you get a full day of IAS Solutions working exclusively on your business.
